It seems like whenever I check out of the grocery store line, there is usually a flood of magazines with beautiful celebrities sporting perfect bodies, skin, hair and makeup. Granted, there is this amazing technology called Photoshop, but I certainly want to look like a super model every now and then. So what are the secrets to endless beauty—just hire a professional hair and makeup specialist? That’s generally not practical for most people, so here are some everyday tips for achieving your red carpet look.

Most celebrities who look amazing exercise and follow a balanced diet, which really is the foundation of health. So if you are wanting to begin your look of luxury, start with diet and exercise. Oprah Winfrey also shared with her audience that a key to eating right is to avoid late-night snacking. Her kitchen is closed by 7:30 p.m. each night.
