Elevation Burger Now Pure Burger
It's the same owner, and a similiar menu, but Pure Burger is independently owned.
Carlsbad's first and only Elevation Burger, located at 2641 Gateway Road in Bressi Ranch is now Pure Burger.
The change happened on May 10. "I decided to go independent and offer a better product," said owner Ron Weinberg who added, "We're trying to make sure every item is the highest quality. We offer the best value in the market."
Weinberg said Pure Burger offers upgraded meat that is local to California, 100% organic and grass fed. The buns are baked daily with options of whole wheat, white and gluten-free. There are two types of Tillamook cheese offered – aged cheddar and aged Swiss. Additional different menu options include toppings such as fresh jalepenos, grilled mushrooms, avocado, pure sauce and organic ketchup.
Pure Burger has no affiliation with Elevation Burger.
