Batiquitos lagoon Trail Maintenance

Weed whacking and trail maintenance.  Meet at the Nature Center.  No advanced registration is required; just show up!

 Help remove invasive plants and trash from this sensitive salt marsh habitat and ecological reserve and fix things at the Nature Center building

Experienced docents and staff will lead your efforts.  Participation work hour certification can be provided at the end of the work event. 

 This is dirty work so wear appropriate clothes (e.g., long sleeve shirt and pants, no oven-toed shoes, hat) and gloves. Come prepared with adequate closed-toe footwear, sun protection, and water. Please come to the Nature Center to sign release waivers
