Day of Healing Retreat

Esteemed Local Chef Hosts Healing Practices and Healthy Lifestyle Retreat

On Saturday, March 1st, Chef Jessica Leibovich will be hosting a one day event at the California Center for Creative Renewal in Encinitas from 11 AM to 5 PM. Attendees  of this immersion retreat will learn optimal healing practices to enhance their rejuvenation and longevity.

Chef Jessica will be presenting a sophisticated lunch and dinner using local and organic produce from premier San Diego farms to kick off and end the retreat. Workshops such as massage, Reiki, acupuncture, meditation, food healing through nutrition, will be presented along with spa services. Products from local wellness businesses, such as Mamma Chia will be showcased.

Chef Jessica’s unique Eat, Breathe, Move, Heal Signature System begins with a foundation in nutrition based on whole food smoothies and a Paleo diet of grass-fed meats, organic veggies and fruits. Jessica then utilizes key techniques in breath work and movement to teach the art of self healing.

You will leave the day with a sense of knowledge and inspiration to return your body to a state of wellness, energy and balance. In addition, you will enjoy meeting with talented healing practitioners, people with shared interests, and some tasty, healing meals.
