Responding to the popularity of its classical music programming, the California Center for the Arts, Escondido has added the Discovery Series to its roster to highlight young artists making a name for themselves on the world stage. In conjunction with the La Jolla Music Society, the Center will present three award-winning musical virtuosos celebrating age-old classics. Violinist Nadir Khashimov is the second in the series.
Appearing with orchestras the world over, Khashimov is praised for his virtuosity. Playing on an 1828 violin, Khashimov embodies the passion and elegance of classical music.
