With the races coming up, I can give you more quick and effective techniques that will help you propel your run to a new level!!
Our meetup last month was very well received by all. Our unique approach of a conscious and effective use of core strength for running was not only well liked by all of the 9 runners, but the dramatic improvement of form for each of our runners was impressive! As a passionate runner myself, and expert in core activation and biomechanics, I can attest to these methods working.
Based on the overwhelmingly positive response from the group, we have decided to continue the topic on effective use of core strength to power your run, and how this can shift the load away from your knees, shins, calves and feet, and even your IT band! Needless to say, you will be protected from the common running injuries at these body areas.
While our meetup is scheduled at 9am, (conveniently after your weekend long run), stop by whenever you can, and join us for some good practice, bagels, fruit and water!
