The North Coastal Prevention Coalition meets on the second Thursday of each month from 8:00 – 9:00 am in the community room of the HHSA North Coastal Regional Center located at 1701 Mission Avenue in Oceanside (at the corner of Mission and Barnes). The NCPC aims to reduce the harm of alcohol, tobacco, marijuana and other drugs in the cities of Carlsbad, Oceanside, and Vista through community action, education, support, and collaboration.
