Grand Opening of New Homes at The Foothills in Carlsbad
On Saturday, Nov. 2 at 10 a.m., we’ll open the doors of our spectacular new homes at Palo Verde at The Foothills in Carlsbad! These beautiful single-family homes will be on display, showcasing Pinterest-worthy interior design features, and stunning architectural elements.
Come enjoy model home tours, where you’ll explore five coastal dream homes with gourmet kitchens, first floor bedroom suites, large secondary bedrooms with walk-in closets, covered outdoor living spaces, chef-caliber kitchens, grand living rooms and so much more.
Fall-inspired goodies, like cranberry scones, seasonal fruit and a cider bar, will be offered throughout the model homes. We’ll also have an opportunity drawing for a delicious, local meal on us.

Palo Verde is located at 3610 Glen Ave. in Carlsbad. To visit Palo Verde from Interstate 5, exit Cannon Rd. and head east. After you pass El Camino Real, turn left on Hilltop St. to arrive at The Foothills.
