Sole Health Daytime Beginning 5K Running Program

Join us as we train for one of the most beautiful races our area has to offer! In our fun, laid-back programs, learn the ins and outs of long distance running from an experienced, supportive coach and reach your goals of running a 5K race! Challenge yourself in ways you never thought possible. With the help, support and guidance from an experienced coach, along with the motivation and encouragement from your running partners, take your running (and yourself!) to new heights! Whether you've never run before, you were a runner in another life or you're coming back from a hiatus, this program will get you from 0 -to- 5K in 8 weeks! There's something for everyone's schedule as we have two programs to choose from, a daytime and evening program.

Here are the details:

What: 8 Week Beginning 5K Running Program (Two separate programs, daytime and evening)

When: March 18th (daytime program) through May 10th, 2014 or March 19th (evening program) through May 10th, 2014

Where: San Elijo Hills Fountain Park - San Marcos, CA

Time: Every Tuesday at 9:30AM (daytime program) or Every Wednesday at 6:30PM (evening program) 

Price: $75 (race registration is not included)

Program Logistics: We will meet Tuesday mornings starting 3/18 at 9:30am OR Wednesday evenings starting 3/19 at 6:30pm. Both groups will be training for the Girls on the Go 10K and Half Marathon on May 10, 2014. This race is open to both men and women. Guys, you better join us!
