The timeless music of Johann Sebastian Bach is sung by the Center Chorale with soloists, strings, oboe d'amore and harpsichord. Featured on the program will be the Mass (1948) of Igor Stravinsky accompanied by wind ensemble and Johann Sebastain Bach's motet Komm Jesu Komm and various movements from Bach's cantatas.
The Center Chorale was introduced last season and is North San Diego County’s premier 50-voice choral ensemble, conducted by Joe Stanford.
The Center Chorale offers a series of seven concerts this season, with acclaimed guests artists and creative programming, including concerts by the Center Children’s Chorale.
