A priority list is now forming for Voscana, a new townhome community opening next month by Shea Homes San Diego in Carlsbad.  Located within the gates of a private community, Voscana features five two- and three-story floor plans measuring approximately 1,410 to 1,959 square feet, including 2 to 3 bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 baths plus a private patio and two-car attached garage.
