Two Girls Get Personalized Fitness & Fashion Consultation And Won A $200 Certificate To Receive A Prom Dress

O2 MAX Fitness announces its two PromFit winners who will be getting a $200 certificate to purchase a prom dress from Dresses.com : Brijonai Jones and Stephanie Ortiz.

O2 MAX Fitness is excited to announce its two PromFit winners who will be getting a $200 certificate to purchase a prom dress from Dresses.com.  Brijonai Jones, a student from International Academy Central and Stephanie Ortiz, a student from Troy High will both be attending their prom this year.

PromFit is an online based, personalized fitness program created by O2 MAX Fitness, the student fitness experts. PromFit helps girls get prom ready-the right way by integrating social media, technology and fitness to deliver results. Girls get perks where they save money on items that help them get prom ready, online coaching and check-ins, access to workshops and events. Girls learn about their bodies, dresses that are best suited for them, fitness and healthy eating habits.

PromFit coaches gather questions from girls like what dress styles or colors they prefer as they educate them on their body types as well. Girls start by submitting a full length picture of themselves and get a personalized fitness and fashion consultation in return.

Brie shared that her dress preference was lace and PromFit coaches personalized her feedback based on her body type as well.  Brie chose a dress that is very flattering for her pear body type - a re-embroidered lace tunic over a body-sleeking knit slip, flattering but classy at the same time. This is especially important to emphasize as many girls look to the wrong types of dresses.

PromFit coaches also help girls with some general nutrition advice. Similar to many high schools students Brie did not eat breakfast regularly, PromFit coaches recommended for her to eat something regularly such as oatmeal as breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Brie’s fitness goal was to lose about ten pounds “but as long as I become healthier and more in shape overall I have no complaints,” says Brie.  PromFit coaches encourage girls to have a high level of confidence and self esteem that comes from a place of being fit and strong.

Stephanie on the other hand had not chosen her dress yet. PromFit coaches recommended to choose a dress for her hourglass body type that emphasized her small waist along with a V-neckline dress.

Stephanie drank fruit smoothies for breakfast, PromFit coaches were happy to ear that, but we advised her to do not forget to eat something as consistent. The fruits aren’t sufficient.

Stephanie’s fitness goal is to be in shape in time for prom, while maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle.

Both Brie and Stephanie are motivated by fitness and have a personal goal to reach. PromFit coaches encourage girls to have a nutritious  breakfast to start the day. O2 MAX guides them to get ready for Prom with weekly workouts, personal coaching and perks on items for prom.

PromFit can also be used to raise funds for school proms, $10 from each program sold goes back to the group or individual initiating the fundraising efforts. Girls can sign up at www.promfitness.com
