Giving Away Three One-on-One Social Media Sessions
Giving away three free one on one social media training sessions this week. Email massaro.matt@gmail.com and the first three emails will receive it.
This is for small business owners or home based business owners located in Carlsbad. The first three people that email me at massaro.matt@gmail.com will get the session. It will be this week only and I'm pretty flexible on times (even if it's before, after work, or on the weekend)
The session will be a one hour, completely free social media training session. You can tell me specifically what you want to learn or I can sit down with you, look over your social media presence and tailor the session to that. If you would like me to set up your accounts, customize them, and optimize them I can do that as well.
Main Social media sites I can help with: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, YouTube, and Reddit (Reddit has actually driving more traffic for me than anything the past few weeks).

Also I can go into 3rd party programs/apps to help manage multiple accounts at once and I'm familiar a lot of the other social sites so just ask me and I should be able to help.
I enjoy being able to help local, small business owners out because they are competing with large corporations and global companies. Social Media is a very cost effective way to get your presence in the community more well known as well as be more personable with your customers.

If you already have a presence on sites like Facebook or Twitter and you aren't active on them then you should make an effort to check them once a week at the very least and respond to any comments on there. As the saying goes online "No Response" is a response and it's a negative one. Just simply clicking the like/favorite/+1 button on customers responses shows them that you acknowledged them and didn't ignore them completely.
Facebook is still the most popular social networking site out there but just within the last week received one of the lowest customer satifaction scores of all of the networks. It was right above myspace. Google+ faired very well and personally I believe Google+ will grow and grow. I will give you some more tips on Google+ this week sometime as that site can help with your rankings on Google Search for your website if you do a few simple things.
