No quick fix to losing weight
I've had so many clients lately want to lose weight as their New Year resolution but they are looking for a quick and easy way to do it. Shakes and low calorie diets don't work because people dont learn that their lifestyle needs to change to make permanent progress. Deciding to be healthy is the first step and learning to eat healthy, nutritious foods in the right portion size is key. Sometimes emotional eating needs to be addressed and reversed. This can be easier than you think.
