The Nutrisystem diet delivers you packaged pantry and frozen food to eat that is part of the low-glycemic index (GI) nutritional approach to losing weight.
This is a great diet for anyone who needs a jump start in their weight-loss journey and reaffirmation of healthy eating habits. It taught me to drink more water. I went from drinking about one diet coke a day and barely any water, to only drinking water and no soda. I also adopted a banana a day habit and incorporated more fresh produce and items like cottage cheese and greek yogurt into my diet (which I never ate before).
