I think the McRib is McNasty. There, I said it. Feel free to comment in protest. The sandwich comes back to every so often and people get excited about it. I needed to understand the hype so I bought one and couldn’t get myself to even finish half of it. The boneless barbecue ground pork sandwich is shaped like ribs and comes on a bun with onions and pickles.
Perhaps I’m a BBQ snob from living in states like Mississippi and Tennessee where pulled pork sandwiches are a staple. Since I can’t understand the cult following around the McRib, I’m asking you all to explain it to me.
