Thankfully, last week’s —called a swarm and felt locally—did not lead to a feared Big One. But on the Gulf Coast, Hurricane Isaac did serious damage, and areas of the Midwest are still rebuilding after deadly spring tornadoes. So where do you go to escape natural disaster?
