Carlsbad Police Looking for Armed Robber
A man robbed the Palomar Airport Mobil gas station at gunpoint at 899 Palomar Airport Road 4:13 p.m. Wednesday.
Carlsbad police were on the lookout today for a man who robbed a gas station near Palomar Airport at gunpoint.
The armed robbery at the Palomar Airport Mobil gas station at 899 Palomar Airport Road was reported at 4:13 p.m. Wednesday, according to Carlsbad police.
Police described the robber as black and about 6 feet 1, with an athletic build. He wore a white long-sleeved shirt, long black athletic shorts, black and white athletic shoes and a black beanie-type cap. The suspect carried a gray handgun, police said. No injuries were reported. The amount of money the suspect took was undisclosed.
