Update: Missing Grandmother with Alzheimer's Disease and Diabetes Found

Mary Ann "Toni" Klins went missing Monday from her home in Oceanside, her grandson asked Patch to help spread the message in hopes of finding her as soon as possible. Fortunately police located her in Rancho Bernardo.

The Oceanside police have found Mary Ann “Toni” Klins. According to her grandson, "she was apparently lost driving around Rancho Bernardo.  She is being returned home safe. Thank you Patch for your help!"

Toni went missing from her home on Black Duck Way in Oceanside Monday and was last seen around 11:26 p.m. December 5 at Walmart on 3405 Marron Rd.

The 84-year-old has a history of stroke, diabetes, heart issues and Alzheimer’s disease.
