Alert: High Risk Child Sex Offender Transient in Carlsbad
Carlsbad Police would like members of the Carlsbad community to know that Mark William Pliska, a registered sex offender and transient, has recently moved to south Carlsbad.
Keeping with protocol, the and the Regional Office of the Department of Justice/Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement (SAFE) Task Force would like residents of Carlsbad to be aware that convicted sex offender Mark William Pliska is living as a transient in the southern area of Carlsbad.
According to Carlsbad Police, Pliska has been convicted of multiple counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 years of age.
He is not wanted by law enforcement at this time. Pliska is also in compliance with his probation and sex offender registration requirements.
