Plane Has Problems With Landing Gear at McClennan-Palomar Airport on Sunday

There were no immediate reports of injuries.

A small plane experienced problems with its landing gear as it set down Sunday at McClellan-Palomar Airport in Carlsbad.

Someone alerted Carlsbad police around 2:40 p.m. to an emergency with what was reported as an inbound single-engine Cessna, a police dispatcher said.

There were no immediate reports of injuries, and medics dispatched to the scene were later cancelled, a fire dispatcher said.
