Several North County Medical Facilities Close Due to Wildfires

Several medical facilities in the North County were closed today due to the wildfires burning throughout the region.

Rady Children's Hospital closed its urgent care centers at 625 W. Citracado Parkway in Escondido and 3605 Vista Way in Oceanside.

Families who need medical services should visit Rady Children's Hospital at 3020 Children's Way in San Diego, according to hospital spokesman Carlos Delgado.

Scripps Health closed its Coastal Medical Center at 2176 Salk Ave. because of the Poinsettia Fire in Carlsbad.
