April 26 is the 8th National Prescription Drug Take Back Day. Participate locally by dropping off unused and unwanted prescription drugs at one of 40 county locations, including  at Scripps Coastal Medical Center in Carlsbad.

Improper disposal of prescription medicines can harm the environment and may be a risk to your family.
