Unless otherwise noted, suspects were booked into County Jail in Vista.

Silas Martin Valdez, 22, of Carlsbad, was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance in the 2600 block of La Costa Avenue at 10:16 p.m. Oct. 14. Jail records show he is being held without bail on a parole hold and faces additional allegations of being under the influence and suspicion of illegal sales of hypodermics. He faced a court appearance Oct. 18.

Police arrested Jess Ibanez Jr., 19, of Carlsbad, on a probation violation at Chestnut and Washington shortly after 9 p.m. on Oct. 14.  Jail records show he is being held on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon and faces a court appearance Oct. 25.

A 55-year-old man identified as Billy Earl Murphy was arrested on outstanding warrants in the 900 block of Carlsbad Village Drive shortly after 11:30 a.m. Oct. 14. Bail was set at $3,560. Jail records show he faces three allegations of failing to appear in court and was scheduled for an appearance Oct. 18.

Anthony Montano, 24, of Oceanside, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 1000 block of Carlsbad Village Drive shortly before 9 a.m. Oct. 15. Jail records show he was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 18 on a battery allegation and is not eligible for bail.

Police arrested Jeffrey Donald Cole, 57, on an outstanding warrant in the 4400 block of Carlsbad Boulevard at 9:34 a.m. Oct. 15. Jail records show he was scheduled for an Oct. 18 court appearance on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and was not eligible for release.

A 24-year-old man identified as Roth Ulric Heim was arrested on suspicion of possessing an illegal weapon shortly after 10 p.m. Oct. 14. Jail records show his arraignment was scheduled for Oct. 18. He faces an additional felony allegation of transporting narcotics for sale.

Erica Ann Nordling, 20, of Carlsbad was arrested on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia at Palomar Airport Road and Paseo Del Norte shortly before 1 p.m. Oct. 12.

Police arrested Bryan Richard Munson, 32, of Oceanside on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance in the 5900 block of Avenida Encinas at 9:34 p.m. Oct. 13.

Michael Shayne Offerman, 40, of Oceanside was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant at 12:28 a.m. Oct. 13 in the 3100 block of Highland Avenue. Bail was set at $25,000.

A 43-year-old man identified as Tim Lloyd Guidotti of Oceanside was arrested Oct. 12 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance in the 2500 block of El Camino Real. At the same location and time, police also arrested John William Holmes, no local address, on the same allegation.

Lauren Marie Ogee, 30, of Oceanside, was arrested shortly after 8 a.m. Oct. 11 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance in the 1000 block of Grand Avenue. Bail was set at $5,000.

Police arrested Timothy Christopher Freitas, 42, of Vista, on suspicion of commercial burglary at 11:23 a.m. Oct. 11 in the 2500 block of El Camino Real. Bail was set at $25,000.
