A Covina man remains jailed after being arrested on suspicion of violating a court order in the 1800 block of High Ridge shortly before 6 a.m. Dec. 13. Records show James Adams Toland, 73, is being held on $65,000 bail with a court appearance scheduled for Dec. 22. He faces three felony allegations: stalking, first-degree burglary and staking in violation of a temporary restraining order.  He is also being held on four misdemeanor allegations that include disturbing the peace, theft, and trespassing.

Police arrested a 54-year-old man on a misdemeanor battery allegation in the 200 block of North Tremont in Oceanside after a complaint was lodged about an incident in the 3400 block of Paseo Ancho in Carlsbad on the afternoon of Dec. 14. Bail was set at $25,000.

Ricardo Cuevas Gonzalez, 31, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the Sheriff's Department. Records show he remains jailed on $27,777 bail on a felony allegation of possessing a controlled substance. A court appearance is scheduled Jan. 6.

A Fallbrook woman identified as Fantasia Colmenar, 19, was arrested on suspicion of burglary at , 2559 El Camino Real, at 7:20 p.m. Dec. 11. Bail was set at $25,000.

A 34-year-old woman with no local address was arrested on suspicion of drug possession at Rutherford and Faraday at 3 p.m. Dec. 6. Bail was set at $5,000.

Police arrested a 22-year-old Carlsbad man on suspicion of possessing a switchblade in the 6900 block of El Camino Real at 8:31 p.m. Dec. 8.

A 22-year-old Vista man was arrested at Cannon Road and Faraday at 8:27 a.m. Dec. 10 on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Bail was set at $30,000.

Police arrested a 54-year-old man in the 2700 block of Roosevelt Street at 3:36 p.m. Dec. 10 on a battery allegation following a complaint by an acquaintance. Bail was set at $10,000.

A 33-year-old Bonsall man identified as Ivan Roberto Dunayevich was arrested on a felony drug possession allegation shortly after 6 p.m. Dec. 19.

Police arrested a 25-year-old Lancaster man shortly before 11 p.m. Dec. 9 on suspicion of violating a court order in the 1100 block of Carlsbad Village Drive.

An Oceanside man, 33, was arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen property at 2:37 p.m. Dec. 10 in the 1600 block of San Rafael in Oceanside.

A Carlsbad woman, 33, was arrested on a battery allegation based on a complaint by a victim in the 2300 block of Rising Glen Way Dec. 11.
