The Carlsbad Police Department arrest log through Dec. 6, 2011.

Based upon public police arrest reports. Unless otherwise noted, suspects were booked into County Jail in Vista.

Police arrested three people in the 3900 block of Jefferson Street shortly before 4 a.m. Dec. 3.  Hung Vien Tran was booked on suspicion of possessing a stolen vehicle, possession of burglary tools, and was placed on a parole hold. Hien Hgoc Tran, 38, of San Diego, was arrested on the same allegations. Records show Hien Tran remains jailed on the same allegations, in addition to an immigration hold and a misdemeanor allegation of driving without a license. A 32-year-old San Diego man was also arreseted on suspicion of auto theft and other allegations.

A 28-year-old Oceanside man was arrested following a traffic stop shortly after 1 a.m. Dec. 7 in the 1700 block of Geranium Street on an outstanding warrant for driving on a suspended license. Bail was set at $45,000.

Police issued a misdemeanor citation to a 77-year-old Carlsbad man on suspicion of delaying an officer at 11:24 a.m. Dec. 5 in the 700 block of Carlsbad Village Drive.

A 23-year-old man with no local address was arrested on a misdemeanor battery allegation in the 700 block of Raintree at 3:41 a.m. Dec. 12. Bail was set at $25,000.

Police arrested a 29-year-old man who refused to provide them with any identifying information on suspicion of delaying a police officer shortly before midnight Dec. 3 in the 3100 block of Roosevelt Street. Records show Raymond John Lopez remains jailed on a felony parole violation and is not eligible for release. He faces an additional allegation of providing false ID to police officers.

Rafaela Contreras, 27, of Vista was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary at , 1834 Marron Road, at 11 a.m. Dec. 3.

Anthony John Kuszajewski, 36, of Oceanside, was arrested at 2:32 p.m. Dec. 3 on suspicion of commercial burglary at Marshalls. He was arrested near the intersection of Jefferson Street and Vista Way, according to a report. Records show he remains jailed without bail on a felony parole violation.

Christopher Richard Tillman, 21, of Carlsbad, was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary at , shortly before 10 p.m. Dec. 2. Bail was set at $25,000.

Police arrested a 23-year-old Carlsbad woman on suspicion of misdemeanor battery shortly after midnight Dec. 6 in the 900 block of Laguna.
