The Carlsbad Police Department arrest log through Nov. 19, 2011.

Based upon public police arrest reports. Unless otherwise noted, suspects were booked into County Jail in Vista.

Police arrested Jimmy Carl "Cartoon"  Marquez of Imperial Beach on an allegation of abuse shortly after 7 p.m. Nov. 19 in the 2400 block of Sunny Creek Road. Bail was $50,000.

Farid Khaybulin, 25, of San Marcos was arrested on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia in the 7300 block of Sitio Salvia at 9:26 p.m. on Nov. 18.

A 22-year-old woman identified as Amanda Brooke Griffith-Bryan of La Brea was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary in the 2561 block of El Camino Real at 4:45 p.m. Nov. 17.

Sean Christopher, 37, of Carlsbad, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 3000 block of Jefferson St. shortly after 7 p.m. Nov. 18.

Police arrested Marie Luzann Lynn, 32, no local address, on an outstanding felony warrant in the 2200 block of Jefferson Street at 12:27 p.m. Nov. 17.

A 28-year-old man identified as Aaron Joseph Laufer, of Carlsbad, on an outstanding warrant in the 960 block of Fir Tree Place at 2:32 a.m. Nov. 19.

Nick Ray Glavan, 58, of Oceanside, was arrested on a parole violation in the 2500 block of Carlsbad Boulevard at 1:39 p.m. Nov. 20.

A 24-year-old woman identified as Valerie Lorraine Rodriguez of Oceanside was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 1000 block of Carlsbad Village Drive shortly before midnight Nov. 20.

Police cited Aileen Patricia Overbey, 46, of Carlsbad, on suspicion of shoplifting at 7100 Avenida Encinas at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 18.

Anthony Michael Woodward, 20, of Camp Pendleton was cited on suspicion of petty theft at 7:22 p.m. Nov. 19. No location was listed.

A 44-year-old Carlsbad man identified as Juan Francisco Borromeo Aragon, was cited for a shoplifting allegation shortly after 9 p.m. Nov. 19 at 951 Palomar Airport Road.

Police cited Casey Emerald Lagutaris, 18, of Oceanside, on suspicion of shoplifting shortly before 8 p.m. Nov. 18 at 2561 El Camino Real.

Ruth Elizabeth Johnson, 22, of San Marcos, was cited on suspicion of shoplifting at 2561 El Camino Real at 2:45 p.m. Nov. 17.

A 21-year-old man identified as Tyler Samuel Gonzales, 21, no local address, was cited on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance without a prescription in the 4000 block of Garfield Street shortly after 4 a.m. Nov. 19. Andrea Karistine Sorensen, 24, no local address, received a citation on the same allegation at the same time and address.

Police arrested Jeffrey Jordan Gayton, 25, of Rancho Santa Fe, was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale in the 6100 block of Paseo Del Norte shortly after 8 p.m. Nov. 16. Bail was set at $20,000. At the same location and date,  Anna Lyse Andrade-Sims, 24, of Encinitas, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. In addition, police arrested Daniel Wilder McGrath, 24, no local address, on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale. Bail was set at $20,000.

Kevin Michael Ostner, 19, of Vista, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at College Boulevard and Lake Boulevard in Oceanside shortly before 2 a.m. Nov. 16.

A 53-year-old man identified as Thomas M. Van Hengel of Carlsbad was arrested on suspicion of a non-injury hit-and-run and suspicion of driving under the influence by police at Scripps Hospital in La Jolla at 10:21 p.m. Nov. 13. The alleged incident was reported at in the 7400 block of Via De Fortuna in Carlsbad. Bail was set at $2,500.

Police issued a citation to S. Ryan William Nicnol, 20, of Encinitas on suspicion of presenting false identification to a peace officer in the 750 block of Rain Tree Road shortly before 11 a.m. on Nov. 13.

Jesse Lee Dudeck, 29, was arrested on an outstanding warrant shortly before 10 a.m. Nov. 15 in the 1000 block of Carlsbad Village Drive. Bail was set at $5,000.

A 32-year-old Encinitas man identified as Jacob Bellinger was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale at the Manchester exit and I-5. Bail was set at $20,000.
