Based upon public police arrest reports. Unless otherwise noted, suspects were booked into County Jail in Vista.

Police arrested a 51-year-old Oceanside man on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance in the 1000 block of Carlsbad Village Drive at 9:24 a.m. Dec. 27.

An Oceanside woman, 19, was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at , at 8:34 p.m. Dec. 26.

A Carlsbad man, 49, was arrested on suspicion of resisting an officer in the 3000 block of Ocean Street at 9:46 a.m. Dec. 23.

George Sam Brewer, 44, of Escondido, was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary at , 951 Palomar Airport Road, at 2:50 p.m. Dec. 27. Bail was $25,000.

Police arrested Trevors (CQ) Mathew Beasley, 30, on suspicion of receiving a stolen vehicle, possession of controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia at Jefferson Street and Tamarack Avenue at 6:45 p.m. Dec. 27. Bail was $25,000. Police reported the arrest of an Encinitas woman, 34,  and an Oceanside woman, 36, on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia at the same location at 6:20 p.m.

A 26-year-old man identified as Erik Barajas, no local address, remains in custody on an immigration hold after his arrest Dec. 26 on a battery allegation at 1:50 p.m. Dec. 26 in the 2300 block of La Costa Avenue. A court appearance is scheduled Jan. 5.

A Carlsbad man identified as Eric Edward Friedrichsen, 49, was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a railroad device in the 300 block of Carlsbad Village Drive shortly after 8 p.m. Dec. 23. Bail was set at $10,000.

John Forest Collins, 55, remains jailed on a parole hold after his arrest Dec. 22 shortly before 10 p.m. on an outstanding warrant in the 2500 block of El Camino Real. Records show he is ineligible for bail.

A 20-year-old man identified as Darris Lee Cotton, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at El Camino Real and Arenal shortly before 3 a.m. Dec. 26. Jail records show he faces at Jan. 9 court appearance on a felony assault allegation and is not eligible for bail.

A 21-year-old Escondido man was arrested on a battery allegation in the 2500 block of El Camino Real shortly after noon Dec. 23. Bail was $10,000.

Lauren Marie Ogee, 30, was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary at , 2559 El Camino Real, shortly after 2 a.m. Dec. 23. Bail was $25,000.

Police arrested Pauline Reyes, 42, on suspicion of auto theft at Highway 78 and Jefferson shortly after 1 a.m. Dec. 24.  Bail was  $25,000.

Demitris Torres, 20, was arrested on suspicion of burglary at , 2525 El Camino Real, at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 24. Bail was $26,794.

A 25-year-old Carlsbad woman was arrested on suspicion of battery in the 2600 block of State Street shortly after 2 p.m. Dec. 23.

A 36-year-old Carlsbad woman was arrested on suspicion of battery on a peace officer in the 7500 block of Gibraltar Street shortly after 6 a.m. Dec. 25. Bail was $10,000.

Police arrested a 48-year-old Los Angeles woman and a 32-year-old Los Angeles woman on suspicion of petty theft at Palomar Airport Road and Armada Drive shortly after 5 p.m. Dec. 20.

Gordon Wade, 57, of Willingboro, N.J.,  remains jailed following his arrest on a theft allegation shortly after 5 p.m. Dec. 20 in the 900 block of Palomar Airport Road. Records show he is being held on a felony parole violation in addition of ID theft and burglary. A court appearance was scheduled Jan. 5. Bail was $35,000 on the burglary allegation, but records show a hold for an unspecified out of county warrant.

A 23-year-old man remains jailed on $327,00 bail following his arrest Dec. 24 on suspicion of evading a police officer and reckless driving in the 1700 block of Elfin Forest Road in San Marcos. Gabriel Guzman is being held on eight misdemeanors ranging from driving on a suspended license to suspicion  of drunken driving. He also faces four felony allegations of evading police, robbery, kidnapping and false imprisonment. Court appearances are scheduled for Jan. 9 and Jan 18, according to records.

Michael Brian Bucciarelli, 20, of Encinitas, was arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen property shortly after 1 a.m. Dec. 23 in the 3900 block of Long Place. Bail was $65,000. Jail records show a court appearance scheduled for Jan. 9 on the above listed felony allegation, along with misdemeanors of reckless driving, petty theft and disturbing the peace.

A 23-year-old man identified as Taylor James Dixon was arrested on suspicion of residential burglary in the 100 block of North Twin Oaks in San Marcos at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 20.

A 27-year-old Vista man was arrested on a battery allegation in the 1200 block of Laural Tree Lane at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 20. Bail was $10,000.

Police arrested a 20-year-old man on suspicion of drug possession and being  under the influence in the 4900 block of El Camino Real at 10 a.m. Dec. 19.

A 20-year-old Santa Ana man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance in the 6400 block of El Camino Real at 9:43 p.m. Dec. 18.

An Oceanside man, 26, was arrested on a forgery allegation in the 2800 block of El Camino Real shortly before noon Dec. 18. Bail was $35,000.

Police arrested a 39-year-old Del Mar man on a battery allegation in the 6400 block of Olea Lane shortly before noon Dec. 19.

A 23-year-old man with no local address was arrested on suspicion of drug possession and being under the influence in the 300 block of Grand shortly before 1 a.m. Dec. 19.
