Good Condition? yea right. This "officials" report is not responsible. Quantify "Good shape", that will take a report longer than the interest of readers. Good Water Leadership is not present. That "Official" report is like a sound bite or a headline in a Gossip Mag to get someone to read about Brad Pitt or whom ever he is sleeping with. State leaders are not unified in standards used to define "good Shape" as a result the public is being sent a yes,no,yes,no message suggesting we are on the verge of a solution. Meanwhile the Water/Sewer Systems are still collapsing. Population is growing and Water sources remain the same. I am not an alarmist, I am educated as to more than "Official Reports". Greg Chick

greg.. you're obviously not educated enough on this one..what that report means is that the people whose job it is to determine how much snow pack there is in the sierra, and how much that will translate into available water for the summer, say we should have enough snowpack to insure that there will not be water rationing this summer..that our reservoirs will be able to remain pretty full.. that's ALL it means.. got nothing to do with collapsing water systems, except around the delta..and has absolutely nothing to do with sewer systems.. you're trying to mix apples and rutabagas.. don't.. doug
