Carlsbad Council to Talk Desalination Plant
The City Council will decide whether to purchase water from the desalination plant that will be built in the city.
The Carlsbad City Council will consider purchasing water from the Poseidon Resources Corp. desalination plant at its Nov. 27 meeting, according to the North County Times.
