Carlsbad Man Accused of Stolen Identity Sentenced to Community Service

Former Arizona lawmaker Donald James Kenney was sentenced to 240 hours of community service.

Carlsbad resident and former Arizona legislator Donald James Kenney was sentenced to 240 hours of community service, according to a U-T San Diego report.

Kenney—who was accused of using his son's name to work as a real estate broker—found support from various Carlsbad leaders at his hearing but received criticism from members in the industry, according to the newspaper.
