City Council Votes to Remove Library Artwork
The fountain outside the Dove Library will be removed.
The Carlsbad City Council voted to remove a granite boulder fountain outside the Dove Library, according to a U-T San Diego report.
The fountain—a piece of art titled "Reflecting Pool"—was reported as a hazard, according to the newspaper.
