City Manager on Leave; Rumors Spread at City Hall

Carlsbad Mayor Matt Hall said the city will soon make an announcement regarding the city manager who left on vacation last week, according to U-T San Diego.

City Manager Lisa Hilda-brand has apparently been away from the office since city leaders met last week to discuss her performance. Sources say she may not be returning, according to the newspaper.
