City Removes Iconic Boulder at Carlsbad Library
The 13-ton boulder was recently removed after 14 years.
The boulder that read “WHO WHAT WHY HOW” was removed from the Carlsbad's Dove Library, according to a U-T San Diego article.
The boulder—which has stood in the courtyard for 14 years—was removed because was it too costly, according to the newspaper.
