High school students who want to attend summer school for enrichment or advancement must register by May 27.
Sessions run June 14 through July 22 and cost between $249-$495. Some scholarships are available. Enrollment is open to residents outside Carlsbad.
The Carlsbad Educational Foundation is offering the academy in response to cuts in public school summer offerings. A full list of courses is available on the academy's web site.
