Officials said a new light that reads “No Right Turn on Red" will be installed at the intersection of Carlsbad Boulevard and Carlsbad Village Drive, according to a U-T San Diego report.
The intersection—titled the "Carlsbad Scramble"—will allow drivers to turn on a red light if pedestrians aren't in the walkway, according to the newspaper.
