Rep. Darrell Issa is Richest Member of Congress

According to The Washington Post,  Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.)  is worth $355.4 million, "Issa made much of his money through the popular Viper anti-car-theft system and has much of his wealth in huge investment funds now."

Issa represents the 49th District of California which includes: Carlsbad, Encinitas, Vista, Oceanside, Del Mar, Camp Pendleton, Solana Beach and Rancho Santa Fe in San Diego County and San Clemente, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, Coto de Caza and Ladera Ranch in Orange County.
