There have been many predictions about what will happen to the real estate market in the new year - from good news to bad, and everything in between. In order to really assess the market we need to focus on hyper-local venues. In other words, while San Diego markets may be showing signs of improvement, it is not necessarily the case back east or in the southern or mid-western states.
