As part of his Cash for the Holidays raffle local real estate broker Alan Shafran gave away $1000 cash today to Mike and Patty Eddy of La Costa Greens. The raffle was held among only residents in Carlsbad communities. The Eddy's were shocked they actually won and ecstatic to start 2013 with $1000 extra cash. After being notified they were the winners they booked a fabulous vacation!
Talk about starting the New Year off right!
