O’Connell says she is looking forward to working with participants from all sectors of the community. She states, “Obtaining input from the perspective of students, teachers, administrators, parents, higher education and business representatives as well as the general public will help us move forward in what has been a very community-centric process. In approving Prop P in November 2006, voters overwhelmingly told us they wanted two world-class high schools. Now, people can help us turn that vision into a reality.”
