“I have an old coach, my favorite coach, who was very inspiring,” said Alexandria.  “His name is Phil Shuttleworth and I figured he would be the perfect person to help me make an instructional video.”

The eight minute video teaches players how to have safe body positioning, safe movements and also focuses on the importance of a good nutritional diet and drinking lots of water.  Fellow classmate, Brad Streicher, was the videographer.

“I’m really proud of my daughter,” said Rosemarie Miller, Alexandria’s mother.  “She has sent the video to the , Encinitas and Vista school districts.  Alexandria even met with the principal of and he was planning on showing it to his students on September 2.”

Alexandria says her soccer days have come to an end, with too many other commitments keeping her busy.  Through the video, she’s still using her skills on the field.

“I hope this makes a difference.  I’m a really dedicated person and I’m passionate about helping other people.”
