Executive Chef Steven Patrick’s Second Annual “Grill with the Chef/ Barbeque with a Master”

  • Published barbeque cookbook author Chef Patrick presents the “how to” techniques, special tips, both common and unique ingredients, complimentary backyard beverages, and of course, tastes from the grill. Each class will also feature take-away recipe cards. 
  • Barbeque classes to include:

o   Differences in grilling techniques – with Smokers, Mesquite, Coals, Gas and Explanations on Importance of Temperatures when Grilling

o   Kid & Adult Beverage (1) and tasting of prepared food included with Price of the Class

o   Prepping the Food & Timing the Grill

o   Tastes & Tips with Q & A Session

o   Weekly Recipe Card

o   Purchase Complete Series as package and receive Chef’s Apron

 Tentative Schedule:

  • Classes to be held every Wednesday evening for 10 weeks with the following themes:           

o   June 29  - Wood Burning Steaks

o   July 6   -  Asian Barbeque

o   July 13 -  Southern Twisted Pig

o   July 20 -   Texas Barbeque

o   Aug. 3 -    San Diego Backyard Grill

o   Aug. 10    Santa Maria Grill

o   Aug. 17 – Peruvian Barbeque

o   Aug. 24 -   Chefs Burger Bar with everything in it and nothing on top

o   Aug. 31 -   Friends & Family gathering with cheese & fruit by the barbeque

o   Sept. 7 –   Alaskan Barbeque and Local Growers Grill
