Health Seminar: Prevention is the Key to a Healthy Heart

Joanne Jacalan, RN, MSN, NP-C, a certified Nurse Practitioner, and Sarah Faraclas, RN, BS, Clinical Care Coordinator, Cardiovascular Health Institute at Tri-City Medical Center will lead this health seminar hosted by the Carlsbad Senior Center.

Learn about heart attacks and strokes and their link to heart disease. You can also learn how to prevent these things and live a healthier lifetyle through diet and exercise.

The seminar will be followed by free blood pressure screenings.
