L.I.T.E. (Leadership in Training and Education)

L.I.T.E. is an after-school program for kids in middle school and high school who want to develop skills in leadership, communication and volunteerism.

Participants are required to attend three days a week and 12 days a month, and take part in two community service projects a month and maintain good standing in school.

Teens get help with homework, a snack and take part in activities and discussions. L.I.T.E. staff members walk participants from Valley Middle School to the park.
