Residents 'Experience the World in the Village'
The city of Carlsbad puts on a family event in the village with music, dance and art.
Hundreds of people came to downtown Carlsbad March 19 to enjoy an afternoon of music, dancing and art projects at the city-sponsored event, "."
Students from , Carlsbad's Montessori Arts and Sciences school and a group of children from performed during the event on the "World Stage."
The Housing and Neighborhood Services Director, Debbie Fountain said they picked an international theme for this event to highlight the diversity of the village as well as the city of Carlsbad.
