Get ready for a new Run + Yoga Club! This program, led by Coach Jenn Gill from Sole Health and Wellness, is for beginning runners and experienced runners alike. Take your running to a new level and tackle your first half marathon. In our new program, you'll reach your goals in a fun, supportive environment. Combine your training with a weekly yoga class at Ignite Yoga Fusion to help build strength, flexibility and bring balance to your running.

LOGISTICS: We will meet Tuesdays starting 11/13 at 6:30pm. The group will also meet on Sundays at 8:00am. We will run both Tuesdays and Sundays and runners can choose to take their yoga class whenever it suits their schedule. The group will be training for the Carlsbad Half Marathon on January 27, 2013. There will be an informational meeting at the studio on 10/30 at 6:00pm. The cost of the program is $199 which includes a detailed 12-week training program, two weekly coached runs, one weekly yoga class, information seminars, discounts on running gear and much more!
