Are you ready to learn how to run? Have you always tried to run but could never quite get it? Or are you an experienced runner ready to take it to the next level?
Get ready for a new Run + Yoga Club! This program, led by Coach Jenn Gill from Sole Health and Wellness, is for new, beginning runners and experienced runners alike. Train for your very first 5K or take your running to a new level and tackle your first half marathon. In our new program, you'll reach your goals in a fun, supportive environment. Following each weekly run, enjoy a Yoga For Athletes class designed to help build strength, flexibility and bring balance to your running, or choose another class time during the week that will meet your scheduling needs.
LOGISTICS: We will meet Tuesdays starting 5/29 at 6:00pm. The group will also meet on Sundays at 8:00am. We will run both Tuesdays and Sundays and runners can choose to take their Yoga for Athletes class either Tuesday evening OR Sunday morning after the runs. The group will be training for the America's Finest City Half Marathon or 5K on August 19th. There will be an informational meeting at the studio on 5/22 at 6:00pm. The cost of the program is $150 which includes a detailed 12-week training program, two weekly coached runs, one weekly yoga class, information seminars and much more! Race registration isn't included in the program.
