Women's 5K Beginners Running Program

Ask yourself this: Have you always wanted to be a "runner?" Have you always tried to run but could never quite get it? Maybe you were a runner in a former life and you're ready to get back into it.

If you answered "yes" (or even "maybe!") to any of those questions, it's time to get things in gear and join our Women's Beginner 5K Program.

We will be offering a Women's-only Beginning 5K Program starting the week of September 18th. This women-only program will be fun, supportive and just what you need to accomplish your goal of running a 5K race. We start with a run/walk program and gradually increase the time we spend running until you are ready to runa  5K! This is perfect for the person without running experience or someone coming back after a vacation from running. And our program is stroller friendly!
