Dr. Dawn has combined a wide range of her martial arts background to customize this class for you.  Being a martial artist for over 20 years, with experience in Tai Chi, Kyusho Kempo Karate, Escrima (Philippine weapon arts), Muay Thai (Thai boxing), and Combat Systema (Russian special force martial arts), Dr. Dawn effectively extracts the most useful and practical techniques for women's self-defense, and makes it progressive, practical, fun, and with emphasis on effective strength building as a foundation.
