Poll: Is NBC Delivering Gold-Medal Coverage of the London Games?

Network focuses on proven stars, but also beach bikini volleyball and mainly American athletes.

NBC coverage of the London Olympics is omnipresent—via live streams on nbcolympics.com, social media, dedicated cable channels and on its flagship network for prime-time shows (but tape-delayed).  With less than a week to go until the Closing Ceremony on Sunday, how do you grade the network for Summer Games coverage? What should Bob Costas & Co. be doing better? More references to the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista?

As long as I don't have to watch curling, I'm okay. Digression on mainstream media bias: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PpBW6Tx2bGs&feature=player_embedded#! We hear much about so-called right-wing wing extremism. So again, I throw down the gauntlet: Someone name for me a conservative/Republican president with associations and/or friendships anywhere NEAR as radical as Obama's.

The 2012 Olympic Games Live Stream will be made available through various media. As this event is dubbed as the “Digital Games”, this can be watched even through your computer or Smartphone live. http://olympicgames2012livestream.com/

Agree with Doug. I think they are showing the things that are of main interest to their paying customer base. I don't have a problem with the coverage...

True and in the spirit of competition, other broadcasters should have the opportunity to throw their mix at us and we be able to change the channel.
